Outer Waves announces the third part of its line-up

The Liverpool underground festival will take place in May.

Following their successful inaugural 2025 edition, Liverpool’s underground music and arts festival, OUTER WAVES, has announced the third wave of artists for its 2026 edition.

Set to take place on Liverpool’s North Docks at Invisible Wind Factory and Make CIC on May 23rd-24th 2026, following the previously announced headliners ØXN (feat. Lankum’s Radie Peat) and Dame Area alongside Jarboe, the festival now reveals the world premiere of HAND TO MOUTH – the collaboration performed by Keeley Forsyth alongside Matthew Bourne.

Additional third wave artists include HHY and the Kampala Unit, Germanager, Haress, Karl D’Silva, Mugstar, and Sex Swing, while this this latest announcement also includes a showcase from Irish label, Nyahh Records, featuring E the Artist, Hedgling, Ultan O’Brien, and Mohammad Syfkhan.

More artist announcements are set to take place in the coming months, including workshops, panel discussions, and more.
