We don’t really like to report on things that people can’t have, but when The Besnard Lakes announce a new album then the rules kind of get thrown out the window.
Yes, Montreal’s neo-psychedelic behemoth are one of our favourites here at Sun 13.
The band have announced details of their new album, The Besnard Lakes Are The Last of the Great Thunderstorm Warnings, which drops on January 29 and will be the band’s first for label, Full Time Hobby.
…Are The Last of the Great Thunderstorm Warnings marks The Besnard Lakes‘ first new music since 2016’s A Coliseum Complex Music.

Furthermore, the band have announced a UK tour for October 2021 stopping by in our backyard at Phase One on October 2 (fingers crossed, anyway). Full UK tour details also below.
